Generally, we can say that if you are a kind of Venus style and your “love handels” (hips) struggle for being shown all the time, you should think twice about low-waist because there is a danger of highlighting them. However, are high-waist trousers better than the low-waist ones or vice versa?
I would say that low-waist trousers look proportionally better on all types of shapes, especially like more balanced. But I think that it is so ordinary and common among the crowds than the high-waist ones.
Take step back and think about the different piece of cloth such as a skirt which look even better.
